Job Description

AR243 - Workshop AdministratorLocation: CorbySalary: £22,000 to £23,500 per annumOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for a Workshop Administrator.The role will provide accurate and efficient administrative support to both the Refurbishment & PDI operation as necessary including administration cover for holidays and absence in other departments.Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Any other Equipment Preparation Centre related admin duties when required.
  • Create and process all Department related sales packs, open, check and close all WIPs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure cost control by checking timesheets, Job Sheets and Parts Invoices.
  • Enter all timesheet data onto system in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Sales and Service Departments with anything relating to the Equipment Preparation Centre.
  • Liaise with Sales, Transport & VSB Departments for timely collection & delivery of equipment to ensure a smooth flow through the depot.
  • Log and file all H&S related documents.
  • Process of sundry POs and ensure only booked in on the system after services have been correctly carried out.
  • To perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accurate and methodical in administration.
  • Be able to cope with pressure and pace.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good communicator.
  • Good customer facing skills.
  • PC literate in Word/Excel/Autoline.
  • Proactive approach.
Location: CorbySalary: £22,000 to £23,500 per annum
