Looking for a company that support your development and offer great perksDo you enjoy a friendly, fast paced working environment where the time fliesLook no further!Job Title:Vehicle PolisherLocation: CorbySalary: £16 per hour / £33,580 per annumWorking Hours: 6:00-18:00 4on 4offDue to company success and expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Polisher. You will be working within our state of the art body shop as a part of our growing team of experts. Within this role you will be responsible for polishingnewly painted vehicles. Polishers report directly to the Body Shop Manager and Supervisor.Main Role Duties:

  • Carry out polishing of new painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed and the overall finish matches the original factory finish with approved methods
  • Inspecting finished vehicles to ensure no defects
  • Work within standards and processes laid down by paint and dry goods companies to ensure that a high-quality cost-effective end product is produced
  • Ensure all parts are removed and refitted in line with manufacturers instructions and bagged and labelled for easy identification
The Person:
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Enthusiastic, energetic person with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Experience in vehicle refurbishment or vehicle accident repair centre is preferred
  • Ability to carry out work provided competently and within deadlines
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Keen eye for detail, professional mannerism and you must be able to work within a successful team
