The ROLEOur Client is recruiting for a Trainee Blow-Moulding machine setter to their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture injection moulded containers. The role offers great training - a structured 20 week training period - afterwhich you will be required to work a continental shift system. When fully trained the successful candidate will be responsible for;* Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment* Job change machines* Tool change machines* Maximise run time of allocated production lines* Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastageThe CANDIDATEOur client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes;* Mechanical background* A desire to learn the blow moulding process * Happy to work permanent shift system* Confident personable approach to working in a teamThe Package Salary £26,500 whilst trainingStructured 20 week training program.
