Technical Support Specialist - Home Basedto c£44k (neg dep exp) + on call payments + car + generous benefits(ideally located in Corby, Northampton, Leicester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes or the Midlands region)Our Northampton based client is recognized as one of the UKs market leaders in the area of automated materials handling system solutions, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, they are now looking to recruitan articulate and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to complement their existing professional team.Reporting to the Technical Support Manager and working alongside a dedicated team of Hotline Support Engineers and Systems Analysts, the Technical Support Specialist position is responsible for the day to day management of technical issues for both companyand other OEM materials handling equipment based at client sites in both the UK and Europe, providing technical support to internal and external customers through predominantly field based activities and supporting the 24hr support desk function as required.
