As a Shift Team Leader you will bea front line leader to all production matters as well as nurturing a positive culture / environment in a multi discipline Production facility where you can showcase your flair for people management, production optimization, time management, cost control andstakeholder managementThe Shift Team Leader will ensure that Leadership and coordination of day to day Production activities in line with the needs of the business. Ensuring all Safety, Quality and Operational processes and procedures are adhered to drive operational excellence.Continually develop the Production team and processes to manufacture goods Right-First-Time & "OTIF" to meet customer expectations.   • Support the Production Manager in maintaining and improving in the site 5S levels, SMAT & TF/EVE incident reporting to drive the continued development of the behavioural safety culture
  • To carry out Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work for all production related activities, develop other safety procedures as and when required
  • Support the Production Manager with production process issues, resolutions and implementation of corrective actions
  • To actively support and lead CAPEX/WCM projects and activities to drive continuous improvement, waste reduction and cost control
