Ensuring all Safety, Quality and Operational processes and procedures are adhered to drive operationalexcellence. Continually develop the Production team and processes to manufacture goods Right-First-Time & "OTIF" to meet customer expectations.   • Support the Production Manager in the day to day production operations, ensuring production plans are adhered to, whilst utilising the available labour effectively and efficiently utilizing the ERP system
  • Support the Production Manager with production process issues, resolutions and implementation of corrective actions
  • Work closely with the Quality department to support and continually improve the quality systems, including customer complaint investigations, root cause and corrective actions.
  • Lead by example in Safety, Quality, Operational and WCM activities, ensuring all procedures are adhered to
