Job Title: AdministratorLocation: CorbyPay rate/Salary: £22,000 to £25,000Hours of Work: 8 hour shiftType: Permanent/Full-timeStart Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)We are hiring for an Administrator that has experience in speaking with customers and carrying out general administrative tasks. This position is to support the daily tasks in the administration department of the business.Duties of an Office AdministratorIn this role you will be working in the Administration department to ensure all requirements are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for:- Co-ordinate with the main office team to ensure sector compliance.- Prepare and submit weekly reports.- Manage sector emails.- Calendar/Diary management.- To deal with any ad-hoc requests required.- To assist in raising purchase orders.- To undertake any other duties appropriate to the post.- To work in accordance with set policies and procedures.Skills and Experience of an Administrator As an Administrator, you need to have or be able to demonstrate;- Accurate, computer literate and numerate.- Self-motivated and able to plan time effectively.- Used to working in a fast-paced environment.- Enthusiastic and ambitious.It would be beneficial to the role if you also had;Previous experience as an Administrator or in an office-based Customer Service environmentDriving Licence.About the ClientOur client is a large manufacturer based in Thurmaston that are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
