The Role: Sales Operations Specialist Location: Corby Contract: Permanent - Office based with the option of working 1 day from home. Salary: 28k-30kOur client, a leading international business are looking to recruit two Sales Operations Specialist to reinforce their sales operations. If you are great with data, have commercial acumen and have a passion for customer success then this role could be for you! The roleAs a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the sales support function. You will work closely with a number of different stakeholders, both internally and externally and will be a keycontact for all customers from within and outside of the business. Data administration, manipulation and analysis is a key skill you need to have mastered, but you will also need to be a strong communicator to deliver the outcomes in a clear and concise way,in line with commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities- Price change project management - work in close partnership with the Distributor Channel Manager and Sales Support & Operations manager to create, implement and drive the project plan. You will be required to create and maintain new pricing templates andensure accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders- Product change & communication management - create and distribute communications to customers about new, discontinued and changes to products and ensuring compliance with the Communication Distribution Matrix; - Maintain the bespoke CRM system as and when necessary; - Monthly reporting for a variety of customers in different forms. Mainly via excel & Power BI. You will need to be comfortable in creating, manipulating and analysing data for a number of different stakeholders with different requirements; - Organise, lead & actively participate in monthly department meetings. You will be responsible for creating action points and will help to drive accountability for the action holder; - Work with the Marketing Manager & National Sales Manager to plan and organise national sales meetings, usually on a bi-monthly basis. This will include booking accommodation, venues and collating the PowerPoint presentation; - Support the national sales team and Marketing Manager with event management, including the coordination of attendee lists and to book accommodation as required; - Manage the market research & interpret the data, predominantly for care homes but for other areas of the sales operation; - Assist the Sales Support & Operations Manager and Distributor Channel Manager with the creation of tender documentation (in the form of word and excel); - Timely and effective management of the sales & operations support Outlook inboxes; - Maintenance of the online support tool (including but not limited to, updating product and marketing information; - Produce product formularies and welcome packs for a range of different customers. The candidate:o Sales operations experience is essential o Experience within a healthcare setting would be beneficial, but is not essential to the roleo Data manipulation & analysis o Microsoft Office packages, with particular skill in Word, Excel & PowerPoint o CRM system experience o Power BI (or equivalent)o Organised approach to work and the ability to prioritise o Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations o An ability to adapt o Commercial awareness is essential, with an emphasis on empathy for individual customer needs o Product knowledge - on the job training will be given, but you will need to work with the Sales Support & Operations Manager to drive this o Passion, Reliability, Integrity, Drive & Everyone - have P.R.I.D.E in everything you do!
