Job Title: Sales and Inventory AdministratorLocation: CorbySalary and benefits: £20,805.05 annum, 28 days annual leave, onsite parking, pension and moreWorking Hours: 4on4off 8:00 - 18:00 (30mins break)Are you an experienced administrator Love the satisfaction of doing a great job Looking for a fresh startAlready the biggest name in Europes vehicle remarketing industry, we have grand expansion plans across the UK and are looking for automotive professionals to join us on a permanent basis to be an important part of this exciting opportunity!Tell me moreThe successful candidate will be working for the Sales and Inventory Manager interfacing with a diverse stakeholder group, offering significant opportunities for value add and entrepreneurship within this high paced growing activity.You will play a critical role in ensuring all sold vehicles are received by customers on-time and to the right standard. Where this isnt the case you will be critical to ensure the process is managed efficiently, ensuring all stakeholders play their partin a timely resolution measured by the end customers satisfaction. You will ensure information provided to stakeholders is timely, accurate and drives real time decisions. This plays a critical part in contributing to the overall customer experience and successof all the BCA business units involved.What youll be doing.

  • Ensuring that all sold vehicles are being captured and prepared for the dispatch
  • Capturing of data from a variety of sources to produce regular reporting to key stake-holders
  • Answering email and phone call queries from customers
  • Co-ordinating any changes requested by the customers in regards to delivery
  • Monitoring of vehicle issues, both pre and post-dispatch
  • Participation in regular update meetings on vehicle delivery status providing specific details on aborts and vehicles which are now deliverable
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Who you are.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous for this role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Technical knowledge and experience relating to vehicle preparation including mechanical and cosmetic (preferred)
  • Extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile
  • Self-starter, can adopt a pro-active approach and take initiative with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills, with an ability to interact with all levels of end users
