Job Description

Location - CorbySalary - £25,000I am working with a Corby based company who are looking for an experienced sales administrator to joing their busy team.Key Skills

    • Brilliant telephone manner as will be dealing with inbound telephone queries
    • Experience using outlook and Microsoft applications a mustadditional training provided for own database system
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Professional and polite telephone manner
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbally and written
    • Strong phone presence and experience of busy phone lines
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
    • Ability to take initiative and to problem solve
    • Positive working attitude
    • Experience working in customer service and administrative role
    • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships (respond to customer requests, manage and resolve customer issues)
    • Contact customers that have not ordered to establish reasons and get them back on board
