Job Description

Our Client based in Corby is looking for a Resource Scheduler / Administrator to join their existing team.The primary function of the resource scheduler / administrator role is to provide excellent front-line services for all field staff and customers of the company. They also concentrate on getting the job done and everything they do is backed up by the quality of their service, the creativity of their ideas and the direct approach they take.This role of a Resource Scheduler/Administrator will include a variety of tasks including the following:

  • Schedule and book PPMs, remedials and emergency call outs, ensuring accurate information is recorded and given in response.
  • Monitor and have knowledge of engineer daily activities
  • Be the main point of contact for engineer and customer phone calls, answering in a timely manner in line with service level agreements and contract requirements.
  • Book hotels for engineers and organise any other necessary travel arrangements
  • Contact clients to schedule jobs and book engineer re-visits
  • Maintain all customer contact details in system in line with our GDPR policy
  • Provide updates company certification/insurance/ policies when requested
  • Weekly/monthly spreadsheet updates for multiple clients to include sites completed and ETA’s
  • Monitoring/updating client portal systems where applicableQualifications, Skills and Experience we are looking for in the Resource Scheduler/Administrator.
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-focused service.
  • Excellent IT skills - including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
  • Experience of working alone or as part of a team.
  • Customer focused experience.
  • Educated to GCSE Level C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics
Hours 8am-4pm or 9am-5pmJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per yearBenefits:
