Job Title: Probe Repair Technician Location: Kettering Hours: Monday - Friday 0900-1700 Our client based in Corby has a new permanent opportunity for a Probe Repair Technician to join their small friendly team. The main duties will include: - Working within a Lab environment testing and repairing products, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, updating internal database with testing results, providing the customer with updates on the products, providing technical advice to customers regardingthe products To carry out inspection and repair of Ultrasound transducers as instructed. Work alongside the Probe Repair Technician to provide regular updates to internal and external customer on ongoing repairs To provide technical advice and support to the internal and external customers Book in probes for repair Assess and evaluate fault in preparation for repair Update CRM/ERP systems in a timely manor Work with the senior management team to enhance the customer experience Work alongside Probe Administrator to provide regular updates to internal/external customers on ongoing repairs Maintain high levels of cleanliness within a lab environment The Candidate will be able to demonstrate: Excellent Attention to detail - many tests require exact measurements so a good eye for technical detail whist analysing and recording results is required Ability to work consistently to a high standard Ability to remain calm whilst working in a pressured environment Team player - our client is a small company with a family feel so team working is key Can do attitude willing to go the extra mile Ability to follow process and clear instructions.
