Job Description

Logistics People are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for on boarding permanent staff for our clients based all around the UK.We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual who is both energetic and enthusiastic, who wants to work within a successful and growing business. The successful candidate does not need recruitment experience as full training will be provided.Salary: £28,000 per annumLocation: CorbyHours of Work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the resourcing of candidates through job boards and social media
  • Engaging with candidates and selling the role available
  • Overcoming certain objections by up-selling permanent benefits
  • Educating new candidates on the role available
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are kept updated and adhered to
  • Communicating with candidates & customers at all levels, appropriately and professionally; ensuring that customer service is maintained at the highest level
  • Reaching targets and KPIs set by senior management team
Person Specification:
  • Good organisational skills and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Understand how to get the best out of social media and social media trends
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • An open and honest communicator, both verbally and written who will build relationships to influence for positive outcomes
  • Previous customer service experience is desired
  • Work well in a team as well as independently
