Quality Control Inspector Corby Temporary - Immediate Start £10.00-£12.00ph Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm with some weekend coverThe Engineering division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector on behalf of our client based in Corby. Reporting into the Quality Assurance Manager. The role will be to ensure the standards of the factory are being met in line with the expectations of the customers and meeting all procedures. Responsibilities include: Checking finished goods meet the quality standards Carry out all online checks in all production areas, reporting any non-conformity to production and the QM. Ensure all operators are completely the paperwork and checks correctly Ensure all goods and materials are correctly identified and recorded correctly Assisting the QC team with any customer returns inspections Carry out routing material testing including tensile and dart Updating production records for specific customers Woking closely with the QM with all process issues and work load Our client is looking for someone with a proven track record in quality control, must have the ability to use a tape measure and micrometre accurately. Good communication skills along with good English and Maths skills. Strong PC skills - Word and Excel are essential. Training with will be provided to use the machines i.e tensile and dart. This is an immediate start.
