Our brand new client, based in Corby is seeking an experience QMS / Quality Control Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.As QMS / Quality Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Technical Manager with the day to day running of the lab and technical department, conducting raw material testing, prepare and maintain laboratory record keeping and documentation, writing reports & protocols, conducting quality inspections ensuring they meet specification, product return analysis, prepare and produce laboratory trials, product development work, maintain internal calibration records and other ad hoc duties as required.To be considered for the QMS / Quality Coordinator position, you be degree educated in a science related subject such as Chemistry, will have 4 years experience working with chemicals or similar in a quality control capacity, you must be familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, have a good understanding of Health & Safety, you will be numerate with excellent attention to detail and will have strong communication skills. Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm (must be flexible).
