Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our clients growing team in the retail installations sector. This role offers a salary up to £45,000 DOE and an opportunity to join an established company that is a leader in their field.You will be developing relationships with clients through project management and client review meetings to ensure a continued proactive approach. You will work with various internal departments to ensure that projects are effectively managed, on time andto budget.Your key duties will include:

  • End to end Project Management from Client brief & BOQ to Final Account ensuring availability on call for the duration of the fit-out.
  • Identify all design criteria & ensure Design team is briefed on layout and fixture specification.
  • Plan all project logistics in conjunction with supply chain, in-store team & internal colleagues.
  • Understand customs procedures & produce paperwork for all projects where required.
  • Monitor & review the project, updating the client as required using standard protocol.
  • Monitor & review the project budget, timings & quality updating the client as required using standard processes
You will be able to handle multiple projects, work well under pressure and be deadline focused with good attention to detail. You will have previous retail construction/retail interior project management experience, ideally with furniture/fixture knowledge.You will have the ability to travel at short notice, including trips to Europe be able to work the hours required to meet the companys goals.Please contact one2one Recruitment for further details.
