If yes, then read on to find out more about the job on offer.Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract based at their Display UK business in Corby. The role will form part of the Project Management team and will report into the CustomerServices Manager. The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 09:00am to 17:00pm and 09:00 to 16:45pm on Friday, and will be site-based full time.The main duties of the role will include:
  • Receive and co-ordinate POS Display project requirements from customers. Manage the progression of a project from concept and sample approval through to delivery.
  • Manage all questions and queries from customers, Account Managers, and internal stake holders, collate information, solve problems, and resolve issues that may develop.
  • Coordinate actions and liaise with other departments (namely Production, Design, Studio, Finance etc) to ensure that customer deadlines are met.
  • Manage various customers projects, information, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery using various internal systems to track and monitor projects.
  • Conduct project briefs to production ensuring that all the customer’s requirements are clearly defined. Following the brief, liaise back to the customer if further information is still required.
  • Produce sales orders accurately and on time.
  • Always maintain and promote a customer focused service to customers. Champion internal and external customer needs within the Display business.
  • Gain feedback from both internal and external customers on their supplier performance to assist improvements for the future.
  • Manage and work with the company Quality system relating to Customer Non-Conformances.
  • Maintain accurate files, data and records relating to live and completed projects.
  • Participate in face-to-face customer meetings.
  • Work in accordance with all company certifications and company values (AIR – Authenticity, Integrity, and Respect).
  • Actively engage and participate in all elements of Health and Safety requirements, whilst utilising the Health and Safety systems available.
Key job requirements:
  • To provide a high level of customer service support to their customers and external Account Managers.
  • Effectively manage all requirements to ensure that they meet customer expectations, often within set SLA timescales to deliver a successful completed project.
  • To manage and communicate with customers relating to their supply of POS Display projects, from the initial enquiry through to delivery.
  • Liaise directly with customers for ongoing projects. Build strong customer relationships.
  • Provide vital support and advice to both their customer base and the external sales team.
  • Work alongside the Sales Team in expanding their presence in current and new markets.
  • Link with production planning regarding lead times and required project information.
  • To upload an efficient number of sales orders onto I-quotevision in a precise and timely manner.
  • To add and manage enquiries on Monday.com, their workflow system that combines their Creative, Graphic Design, Structural Design and Production teams on all new customer briefs and requests.
Qualification & experience (essential and desirable)Essential:

  • Interest in learning about display and packaging industry; customers, design, production.
