Job Description

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 Hours)Employment Type: Temporary with Potential for Permanent PlacementOur client, a premier manufacturer boasting a rich history spanning over a century, seeks a proficient Production Operative to join their esteemed team in Corby. This role presents an exceptional chance to align with a distinguished company renowned forits unwavering commitment to quality and excellence in service delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operations involving a diverse array of mixing and blending equipment.
  • Undertake the meticulous picking of raw materials with precision and care.
  • Vigilantly monitor production processes, promptly reporting any irregularities or machinery breakdowns.
  • Ensure meticulous packaging and accurate labelling of finished products to exacting standards.
  • Adhere meticulously to all quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a comparable production capacity is highly desirable.
  • Preference for candidates with prior exposure to the adhesive industry.
  • Capable of seamlessly integrating within a team-driven environment, with a steadfast commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Forklift proficiency, particularly with Counterbalance and Pivot-steer forklift trucks, is advantageous. However, candidates will receive training if necessary.
