Due to school closure, the new academic year will be imperative in bridging the gap and raising attainment.A primary school in Corby are looking for an experienced fully qualified teacher to provide effective booster sessions to raise attainment and re engage a group of pupils.As the successful primary intervention teacher, you will work on a 1:1 and small group basis with a group of targeted pupils across key stage 2. You will be mostly teaching Numeracy and Literacy however you will cover all subject areas across the key stage 2 primary curriculum.The role involves working with three groups of pupils in year 5 which includes low and high ability sets. You will be required to plan and adapt lessons plans to enhance learning.This is a part time role working 3 days a week, ideally Wednesday to Friday.You will benefit from a supportive senior leadership team, a part time teaching assistant to help with learning resources, a rewarding role where you can really make positive impact and a competitive rate of pay.
