Looking for a company that support your development and offer great perksDo you enjoy a friendly, fast paced working environment where the time fliesLook no further!Job Title: Paint SprayerLocation: CorbySalary: £16 per hour / £33,580 per annumWorking Hours 6:00-18:00 4on 4offDue to company success and expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer. You will be working within our state of the art body shop as a part of our growing team of experts. Within this role you will be responsible forpainting vehicles in an efficient manner ensuring correct repair procedures are followed. Vehicle Paint Sprayers report directly to the Body Shop Manager and Supervisor.Main Role Duties:

  • To carry out the preparation and completion of paint work for cars and light commercials in an efficient, skilful and safe manner.
  • To identify area to be worked on, plan work to ensure vehicles are ready when promised, in line with customer requirements.
  • To prepare and prime bodywork to manufacturers specifications for finishing. Mask up vehicle in preparation for spraying.
  • To mix and colour match paint, and paint all repaired areas to a high standard with an effective use of time in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
  • To develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • To ensure that all employment, environmental, health and safety, PPE and other policies are strictly adhered to at all times.
The Person:
  • Extensive experience in vehicle refurbishment or vehicle accident repair centre is required (minimum a year working as a Paint Sprayer in a similar role)
  • Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed.
  • You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work.
  • You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required
  • Keen eye for detail, professional mannerism and you must be able to work within a successful team.
  • Holder of Full UK Driving Licence
