Are you an Operations Manager from an FMCG background with experience in change management and driving continuous improvements, looking to play and integral role in the strategic growth of an ambitious manufacturing companyOn offer in this excellent opportunity is the chance to work closely with the board of Directors as you drive the business forwards using and implementing lean methodologies and taking full responsibility for the companys operations across two sites situated next to each other.The company themselves are an SME with ambitious but calculated plans of growth and are looking for a determined and experienced Operations Manager to really take control of the manufacturing operation and drive the company to reach it goals and targets.This position would suit an Operations Manager thats not afraid of a challenge and has experience in change management and driving lean methodologies and continuous improvements.The Role:* Drive continuous improvements* Monitor and improve production and quality levels* Motivate and develop manufacturing teams* Install a mantra of right first timeThe Person:* Operations or GM from an FMCG background - not food* Strong leadership qualities* Experience with change hand management* Proven history of delivering and hitting targets Required skills
