Job Description

Our client has a full time vacancy for a newly qualified/PQE 1 year or FCILEx Solicitor in their Dispute Resolution Business Unit. You will be managing existing clients & building on the client base already established in the area, via networking and businessdevelopment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and very experienced Dispute Resolution team.The routine work includes dealing with the following, which ideally you will have experience in if you completed a Dispute Resolution seat during your Training Contract -

  • Residential property litigation to include repossessions & boundary disputes
  • Debt enforcement
  • Commercial property litigation (lease renewals & dilapidation claims)
  • Enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • Partnership & shareholder disputes
  • Contractual disputes (commercial & private)
  • Construction disputes
Essential skills for this role include, attention to detail and excellent time management, a methodical approach to work, a professional and attentive telephone manner along with first-rate communication skills as client contact will be considerable.If you would like to be a valued contributor to a progressive and positive working environment, providing invaluable work with your own case load and support to other Fee Earners in the team, then please get in touch.
