Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nights Operations Co-Ordinatorto join the Logistics People team in the CorbyAs one of the leading recruitment providers in the industry, The Logistics People specialise in the recruitment of high-calibre drivers and industrial workers.Base Location:Corby, NorthamptonshireWorking week:Nights - 4 On 4 Off 19:00 - 07:00Pay Rate: £30,100 P/aWe are looking for someone who is comfortable working within a team as well as independently. The successful candidate will also provide great attention to detail.In reward for this we can offer a great working environment, a fantastic salary and the chanceto be part of a growing success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Update of all workers working patterns onto the rota, from new to current workers
  • Liaising with the workers shifts, sickness, holiday requests and overtime
  • Liaising with the workers and the clients on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the operation
  • Recording & maintaining all workers records; including legal compliance, disciplinaries and driver infringements
  • Managing and maintaining CRM system
  • Assisting sites with booking requests
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer service
Person Specification:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with experience with MS Office
  • A “Can-Do” attitude
  • Ability of working within a small team and under minimal supervision
  • A good understanding of driver’s hours and working time directive is desired but not essential as training will be given
