The role: Night Customer Service Advisor Contract: Permanent Fixed Nights - 10pm - 7am Sunday to Thursday. Salary: £25,300pa Location: CorbySF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (Night Shift)Do you enjoy giving outstanding service and going the extra mileDo you have previous experience working within a Customer Service office capacityYour Responsibilities:You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through handling customer enquiries via inbound telephone calls for the service we offer.Initially this will be booking engineer visits with the view of adding additional service skills of the below in the near future:- Registering appliance warranties - Offering extended warranties - Identifying and ordering spare parts and accessories - Providing and assisting with troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of an appliance - Providing pre-purchase advice and replacement appliances. - You will ensure that telephone calls are handled promptly, efficiently and meet our Call and Quality Targets. - With strong communication skills you will maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers in addition to contact centres in other countries. - You will also adhere to GDPR legislation and ensure full confidentiality at all times.The Candidate:- A customer service background is required; you will also need to have strong telephone communication skills, be costumer focused and able to demonstrate empathy - Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to problem solve will be necessary in this role - The ability to work as an individual whilst contributing to the overall success of the team is paramount - You will also need to be computer literate, able to work under pressure and be self-motivatedBenefits:Offering an attractive salary, excellent benefits including bonus scheme, enhanced holiday entitlement, employee discounts and training and development opportunities Hours:Sunday 10pm to Friday 7amFor more information or to apply please email or apply directly via this advert.
