Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • This role is part of a new team, which has been created to directly support our changing business position as a marketing solutions provider presenting strategic solutions that help our clients activate shoppers and drive sales in-store.
  • The Campaign Delivery Executive will be responsible for the delivery of client marketing campaigns using our existing products and services. This is not a product development role.
  • The role includes the management of suppliers of on- and off-line collateral to deliver to client briefs within managed timeframes and budgets.
  • This role requires the following skills:
o Excellent organisationo Excellent time managemento Excellent attention to detailo Excellent relationship management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
  • Liaise with sales team to take brief and campaign requirements and turn these into written briefs and plans for campaign delivery. Typical campaigns include; website landing pages, HTML build and deployment, printed marketing collateral, competitions andcash back promotions.
  • Manage delivery of campaigns including: liaising with suppliers, planning, managing deliverables and timings, proofing and user testing, stakeholder approvals and sign-off.
  • Keep internal, supplier and client stakeholders updated as appropriate, escalating issues to Campaign Delivery Manager as necessary.
  • Gather client testimonials and case histories from successfully delivered campaigns.
  • Be a champion of best practice and participate in post-campaign reviews and process development to continuously improve the Campaign Delivery function.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
