Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance SupervisorCorby, Northantsto £42k neg dep exp + generous benefitsOur client has been established for more than three decades and specialise in the manufacture of state-of-the-art printed packaging solutions for an array of FMCG and retail applications supplied throughout the world, and as a result of continued successand an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2023 and beyond, are now seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic multi skilled maintenance supervisor / team leader to complement their professional production team.Based in Corby and working on a rotating shift - Monday to Friday (6am to 3pm and 9am to 6pm week around) basis - the successful Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader will be tasked with performing and supervising electrical and mechanical PPM and reactivebreakdown and maintenance repair activities on a range of special purpose machinery associated with polythene manufacturing.Reporting to the Factory Manager and working as part of a multi skilled team, you will ensure compliance with all relevant HSE and BRC regulations at all times, and will be responsible for ensuring that optimum machine and plant efficiency are sustainedat all times, and machine downtime is minimised in order to ensure production targets are achieved through ongoing PPM and continuous improvement activities as well as reactive repairs as required, with machines including a range of high speed blown film extrusionequipment and flexographic printing presses as well as normal handling and automation systems associated with a busy production and distribution environment.It is envisaged that the successful Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader will demonstrate at least 3 years previous experience gained within a busy engineering or manufacturing maintenance environment and demonstrate relevant qualifications to at least HNClevel or above, with excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to mentor and develop other members of the team proving distinctly advantageous.In return an excellent remuneration and benefits package along with genuine scope to progress are available.Contact the Maintenance Team at Premier Technical Recruitment on or email your cv in confidence to for further details.
