An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join our clients busy team in Corby, Northamptonshire. Under a brand that has a large network of offices, all across the U.K.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year Lettings experience, can work on their own initiative, and have the desire to progress their career and rise within the company.Duties & Requirements:* Viewing properties with tenants and liaising with landlords.* Preparing referencing and tenancy move-in paperwork.* Assisting the property management team with general property management.* Property Appraisals.* Social media posting.* Own Car Essential.* Ideally live within 30 minutes of Corby.Hours:Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm1x Saturday a month - 9am - 2pm.Salary:Circa £23,000 P/A - depending on experience.Due to the level of applications received, if you do not hear from us within two weeks of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
