Laser Estimator/Sales Person CorbyOur client is seeking an experienced Laser cutting Sales person / Estimator to work within our modern recently acquired manufacturing facility in Corby.Our client is a Multi Metal Stockholder and Processor. They have recently expanded the business thus acquiring a new site within the Corby Area to support our sister plant within the North Norfolk & Eastern Counties area.Following that recent investment within the Corby facility, we have installed a 6Kw & 10Kw Fibre Laser and 2 x CNC Press Brakes to add capacity at our recently acquired Corby site. As part of our growth strategy, this adds another Laser machine to our mainplant capacity of 4 lasers machines.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our friendly, valued team.The role will require the knowledge and understanding of Laser cutting and Brake Press processing. Additional knowledge of fabrication would be an advantage but not essential. Skills and Experience* Proactive sales experience in Laser cutting and/or Fabrication industry.* Experience using Sheet Metal or Laser Processing CAM / quoting software (Lantek, Sigmanest, Bysoft, Radan, Tops or similar) will be advantageous.* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD* Experience with Solid works & Autocad would be an advantage - not essential.* Presentable with a good telephone manner* Able to fit in to an established manufacturing working environment.* Experience of EN1090-1 is an advantage.* Good organisational skills and able to work under pressure and prioritise and manage your own workload.
