And we cant fail to mention that they have also been praised for their sheer determinationand resilience when working to achieve excellence for all their clients.This agency needs a Junior Designer who has a creative head on their shoulders, one who will take on any task with a strong hunger and desire to help produce some of the best campaigns this world has ever seen!Description:In this role as a Junior Designer, you will need to be a proactive, self-assured, and inquisitive individual who can take constructive criticism on board when working on some fantastic campaigns.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Amending/refining own work and those of others whether that be brochures, web banners or emails* Getting involved with the animation and motion graphics* Working closely alongside the Creative Director when taking briefs from clients and producing creative concepts and ideas to the brief* Creating campaigns with strong messages and meaning behind them- able to explain the messages you are trying to conveyExperience: To be considered for the role as the Junior Designer for this superb agency you will need to have:* Experience in using After Effects* Strong brand and campaign experience* A strong ability to take a concept and roll it out across both digital and print channels* Stellar communication skills- able to work both autonomously and collaboratively* Able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high-level of detail and standard throughout work* Impeccable attention to detail* A full clean drivers licenceRemuneration: Your salary as a Junior Designer will be between £23,000-£26,000 (depending on experience).
