Job Description

IT Business Analyst - working in the supply chain sector on a variety of IT and Digital projectsCollaborating with the Project Management function and the IT Director to work on and help support the delivery of strategic initiatives - working with great technology and a fantastic teamClient DetailsSupply Chain business based in CorbyDescription

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
  • Working knowledge of agile scrum
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
    • Profile
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field - preferably within a Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Retail organisation
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, VISIO and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Experience working on digital and ecommerce projects highly advantageous!
