Internal Sales CoordinatorCorby, Northamptonshire£ excellent + generous benefitsOur Corby based client is part of an established Group that specialise in the provision of bespoke materials handling solutions to a diverse range of customers and industry sectors worldwide.As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to complement their established and professional sales team and develop their career in a technical sales and account management role.Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will support the sales team by handling fundamental areas of key account management, commercial administration, and sales activities, and will be responsible for a range of duties including the issue of orders, tracking progress and ensuring despatch dates are met, arranging transport and updating internal systems, receiving and responding to enquiries (RFQ / RFI) and generating and following up quotations in a timely and accurate manner.Other duties will include sales order processing for a range of systems, materials handling solutions and spares, and providing support with the creation and maintenance of Supplier Managed pricing catalogues for customers.As Internal Sales Coordinator, you will undertake logistics planning and booking transport as required and generate commercial documentation for exports as well as providing support with exhibitions and customer meetings as required.To be considered for this varied and challenging Internal Sales Coordinator role offering genuine scope to progress to a sales and account management position in the future, you will demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels with both internal and external customers, and a high level of proficiency in the MS suite of packages with previous experience of working in an engineering or manufacturing environment proving distinctly advantageous.You will be comfortable in working both autonomously and as part of a team with excellent prioritising abilities and the ability to work under pressure and be flexible to meet the needs of the business as required.In return, an attractive remuneration package and benefits are available - as well as the opportunity to join a genuinely enthusiastic and friendly environment and team that looks after their staff as well as their customers.Contact the Paul at Premier Technical Recruitment on or email your cv in confidence to for further details.
