Job Description

My client is looking for a HR On boarding Co-Ordinator to join their busy and vibrant HR team. The role is permanent and will pay up to 22k. The role is based close to Lutterworth.HR Onboarding Co-ordinator - Permanent - £20,000 - £22,000 - Close to LutterworthJob Duties:

  • Resolve queries from internal and external clients in relation to the onboarding process
  • Carries out Onboarding checks to ensure recruitment is legal and "safe" and meets regulatory standards
  • Maintaining and updating HR information system with employment information
  • Meets KPIs on a daily basis
  • Actively speaking with candidates and third parties to chase for all compliance checks including references
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance checks are correct
  • Ensuring GDPR is met and maintained
  • Provide impeccable customer service experience
  • Support with ad hoc projects
    • We are looking for a HR Onboarding Co-Ordinator to join the busy and vibrant HR team, those with the following:
  • Previous experience within a HR administration or customer service role
  • Previous experience in a fast paced HR environment
  • Personable , affable and hard working
    • There is a huge chance to progress within this role as a HR Onboarding Co-ordinator .
