Job Description

Are you a confident, organised and effective communicator with excellent attention to detail Do you have HR and Payroll experienceImmediate start available.As HR/Payroll Administrator you will process all Time and Attendance information and complete administrative duties in relation to the employee lifecycle and in support of the HR Manager. The role is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with flexibility onstart times as long as core office hours are covered and payroll deadlines are met. Some flexibility will be required to provide support on weekends or various shiftsAs a member of the HR team, you will be the Initial contact for Shift Managers / Team Leaders seeking to resolve administrative related employee queries relating to clock-ins, wages, sickness records and all other personnel-related administrative issues.Proof of right to work checks and employment reference checks are essential so youll ensure we are compliant and issue all new employees with T&A and ID cards, taking responsibility for photographs and fingerprints.What Skills & Experience do I need

  • HR and Payroll knowledge
  • Can you negotiate your way around HR, Payroll and T&A systems
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Competent user of a computer and Microsoft Office suite
  • An analytical mind and experience of reporting
  • Must have initiative and a confident, can-do approach
  • Good organising and prioritisation skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Must be professional and exercise discretion and diplomacy
