This globally recognised and truly world-leading supplier of mechanical tools to the automotive industry are growing their creative team and need a Graphic Designer to create visually stunning artwork for their franchisee network.Basic Salary: £26,000 to £32,000The role will appeal to you if: You thrive in an autonomous environment. You could commute from Brixworth, Corby, Desborough, Market Harborough, Thrapston, as well as Kettering itself. Graphic DesignerAs a global leader in providing mechanical tools to the automotive industry we are continually looking for the best talent to help ensure we are "the go to company" within our industry. This means imagery is a big part of our success.As our Graphic Designer, youll be tasked with delivering on creative projects for the overall company working on a wide range of design projects including: corporate packaging, catalogues, creative pitches, and presentations.Youll have an eye for detail and be a "super-hero" multi-tasker, wholl be involved in the process from concept to completion, taking ownership and driving each project from start to finish.In brief: Design layouts for catalogues, packaging and promotional material. Developing mood boards and themes. Developing materials for print and web, through to completion and proofing. Preparation of photography deliverables (including re-touching and creative shots). Take an active involvement in brainstorming, problem solving, campaign development and creating visual planograms (product on shelves) for retail customers.To be successful as our Graphic Designer you will: Be a multi-tasker, who enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging but rewarding environment. Have excellent attention to detail. Be creative and passionate about design, consistently open to innovations and can deliver on pre-agreed concepts Be a confident presenter, excellent communicator who can include others to see the same vision.Youll also have the following experience: Using PCs with a great understanding of software packages, such as, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. An understanding of preparing design files from concept to completion and willing to challenge "creative norms".
