Job Description

We are excited to be hiring for the role of Compliance Associate to join our team. This role is intended to be the first step on the compliance career path and will provide the job holder with the opportunity to work within hazardous product regulationsand learn about general compliance principles.Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be a part of an organization that promotes personal development, growth, and career progression which will provide you with the tools and training you need to excel in the industry.This role will be fully remote however there is a requirement for the candidate to come into our office in Corby for quarterly face-to-face team meetings.Duties

  • To provide an effective supplier liaison to discuss and source compliance related information and documentation.
  • Liaise with the Category Teams and local Product Managers concerning Product Compliance requirements for specific areas of responsibility.
  • Source, load and maintain mandatory compliance related documentation to support compliant sale of the products in the intended markets, e.g. UN 38.3 Test Certificates.
  • Maintain records of information retrieved from suppliers to ensure the ongoing compliance of the RS offer in specific markets.
  • Source information that will be used to configure and set up of EH&S system, to ensure compliant shipments of Dangerous Goods, e.g. Lithium Batteries.
  • Assist in identifying the impact of existing and emerging legislation that will impact specific product ranges and markets.
  • Responsible for sourcing and loading Compliance related documentation to the Document Management System and maintaining data in SAP EH&S.
  • Supporting ad-hoc Compliance enquiries and activities, while supporting the wider global compliance process.
Skills & Experience:
  • A strong understanding and passion for compliance within a Supply Chain environment
  • A high standard of verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to distil large amounts of information and present it back in a clear way.
  • Able to challenge, identify risks and issues, and facilitate best practice.
It would also be advantageous for you to have the experience of using SAP, R3 and EH&S. Experience of compliance regulations within the supply chain business area would also be an advantage however full training will be provided.A little bit about you:You possess hawk-like attention to detail and you take immense pride in your work.
