They have an immediate requirementfor an Administration & Finance Manager based at their state-of-the-art Rockingham Technical Centre in Corby.We Offer

Key responsibilities
  • Control of costs in line with budgetary process
  • Analysis of financial KPIs and accurate reporting
  • Overseeing prompt and accurate treatment of all administrative work
  • Optimise administrative processes
  • Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for local budget control, forecasting & analysing
  • Provide support to team members ensuring accurate project reporting
We are looking for
  • Qualified, or working towards, an accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • At least 5 years experience working in an Administration or Finance environment
  • Several years proven managerial experience
  • Focused and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, logistics or similar would be desirable
  • Knowledge of a workshop environment, or similar
  • Very good level of numeracy, PC literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • An ability to work under pressure and to prioritise
  • A proactive attitude
  • Solution-oriented action and hands-on mentality
