Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will steer our business onto the next generation of system software & lead the functional change process toensure success.BASIC SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable depending on experience or potential)BENEFITS: Quarterly Bonus (£4,000 per annum) 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Company Pension - matched to 5% Private Healthcare Life assurance Group Income ProtectionLOCATION: NorthamptonCOMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Wellingborough, Kettering, Rugby, Milton Keynes, Market Harborough, Corby, St. Neots, Rushden, ThrapstonJOB DESCRIPTION: ERP Systems Manager, ERP Systems Planner,ERP Systems Manager, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Manager, Operational Planning - Engineering / AviationThe ERP Systems Planner / Manager role will include the following tasks: Using our ERP system and data, develop and maintain the integrated Engineering Sales and Operational, (SOP), planning processes. Optimise the execution of both Project and Daily demand, ensuring best-in-class customer service levels. Maintain SOP plan to ensure it remains current and visible to all stakeholders and engaged staff. Review and analyse forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends. Collaborate and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the plan is universally accurate. Immediately notify Customer Services and other departments of significant forecast or capacity changes. Communicate new projects and capacity forecasts, highlighting timing updates. Assist in the resolution of key supply-demand / service-cost issues. Document assumptions and adjustments to forecasts, using teams input. Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions & stakeholders. Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation, of regularly scheduled planning meetings. Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning, statistical forecasts & processes.PERSON SPECIFICATION: ERP Systems Manager, ERP Systems Planner,ERP Systems Manager, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Manager, Operational Planning - Engineering / AviationYou will have the following characteristics & experiences: Knowledge of modern ERP and SOP planning systems, work flow and improvement strategies/tools, with the ability to integrate these into our operation. Experience in creating reports using business intelligence reporting packages. Strategic and tactical thinking / execution. Excellent leadership qualities. Project management skills. Ability to win influence throughout our whole organization, including our Board, Management, Sales, Operations and Maintenance teams.
