Job Description

Digital Marketing Account ManagerOur client is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEO, PPC and Consultancy to join our team. You will be responsible for working alongside the Client Services Manager developing and implementing comprehensivemarketing strategies with a heavy emphasis on supporting their SEO & PPC teams.Your expertise will drive clients success, improve search engine rankings, and ensure our clients digital presence is optimised for success.You will be responsible for day-to-day management and strategising of several client accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients:* Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. * Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty. * Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact:* Manage all aspects of client accounts, including billing, contract renewals, and service delivery. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns. * Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.Co-Ordinate Pod Activity / Stakeholders, including catch up meetings, planning sessions and client meetings:* Coordinate and schedule meetings, planning sessions, and other activities with clients and stakeholders. * Ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for these activities. * Follow up on action items and ensure they are completed on time.Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns:* Develop marketing strategies and campaigns that align with each clients unique needs and goals. * Implement these strategies and campaigns, coordinating with the marketing team and other departments as needed. * Regularly review and adjust these strategies and campaigns based on performance data and client feedback.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities:* Conduct market research to identify opportunities for client growth and expansion. * Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform strategy development. * Regularly report on market research and analysis findings to clients and the management team.Monitor and optimise campaign performance:* Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and performance metrics. * Optimise campaigns based on performance data to improve effectiveness and return on investment. * Regularly report on campaign performance to clients and the management team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client objectives:* Work closely with other departments, such as the creative and technical teams, to deliver on client objectives. * Ensure all teams are aligned with client objectives and marketing strategies. * Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign progress:* Prepare regular reports on campaign progress, including key performance metrics and achievements. * Provide these reports to clients in a clear and understandable manner. * Address any questions or concerns clients may have about these reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients:* Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. * Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty. * Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO & PPC best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools.
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic search rankings, driving organic traffic, and achieving measurable SEO results.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools for keyword research, website auditing, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and strategies, including PPC advertising, social media, and content marketing, is desirable.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento, is a plus.
  • Experience working with diverse clients and industries is preferred.
  • Due to office location, Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
