Job Description

An experienced Customer Services Supervisor is required to join our client’s growing business in the online retail sector.You will be reporting to senior management in an extremely busy office environment and will supervise a team of 10 to ensure that exceptional levels of customer service are maintained at all times. You will also be required to build strong working relationships with both clients and suppliers.Duties include:

  • Alongside the rest of the team, dealing with in excess of 200 email tickets per day in a clear, concise and confident manner.
  • Alongside the rest of the team, dealing with in excess of 100 calls per day, displaying calmness and positivity from the first hour to the last. Ensuring KPI’s are met and staff performance meets expectations.
  • Become an escalation point for difficult cases.
  • Providing in-depth product knowledge to customers and processing telephone orders.
  • Providing guidance and support to the Dispatch / Goods Out team, which is inextricably linked.
  • Providing feedback to the Customer Services Manager and Sales Director where necessary to suggest improvements in overall efficiency.
  • You will have at least 3-4 years previous supervisory experience, have exceptional levels of customer service and be a positive, pro-active member of the team.For further details please contact one2one Recruitment Ltd. Required skills
