An experienced Customer Services Supervisor is required to join our client’s fast paced business in the retail sector.You will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for offering exceptional levels of customer service and building strong working relationships with clients and suppliers.You will report directly to the Customer Services Manager and you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising the other members of the team.You should be able to work flexibly, on a rota basis, to cover the companys core business hours of 8am - 8pm together with some weekend working.Other duties include:
