Job Description

Customer Service Advisor role available!

  • Salary - £23,000
  • Mini Rotation - 08:00 – 16:00 Week 1 and 10:00 – 18:00 Week 2 with a 30 minute lunch.
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 8 Sundays - Day off during the week in lieu.
  • Rotational hybrid working - 2 weeks remote, 2 weeks in office.
  • Bonus scheme of up to £1000.
  • Warranty sales are paid at £1 commission for each appliance you sell an extended warranty to.
Job PurposeTo deliver outstanding and optimal customer service, and to create a positive impression for our well-established client.Customer Service Advisor Duties:
  • Handle customer enquires via incoming and outgoing telephone calls, email, fax and, correspondence
  • Identify and order spare parts and accessories
  • Take ownership of customer queries and follow through to completion.
  • Provide self-help advice
  • Respond rapidly to all inbound customer traffic observing the current Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Deliver first-class quality customer service
  • Promote products and services with the aim of generating income for the business and improving customer loyalty. This may include the selling of repair plans, extended warranty, and accessories where appropriate.
Customer Service Advisor Experience, Skills, and Personal Attributes:
  • Customer service background
  • Telephone communication skills
  • Be customer focussed
  • Computer Literate
