Job Description

Become an invaluable member of our care team Your local branch is situated in Broadway Court, just a short distance from Peterborough museum and train station Newcross Healthcare are recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team in delivering outstanding care and support to our service users living within Corby, Oakham, Stamford and the surrounding local areas. The Position As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with person-centred day-to-day tasks
  • Aiding with any clinical requirements
  • Helping with their development
  • Build strong relationships with service users, family members and encourage new friendships
  • Encouraging integration and participation within the local community
    • In order to be successful in this caring role, you must be a naturally compassionate person with a strong sense of empathy for those in your care.If you have a NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care or currently work in a care assistant job you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
