Igloo are recruiting for a team of bodyshop operatives to work within a busy automotive bodyshop working on a range of makes and models of vehicles from small family cars through to high value cars and light commercials.These roles give the right candidates an excellent opportunity to work within a busy, modern and well equipped automotive bodyshop.The Roles:Panel Beater - Panel beaters will be undertaking all aspects of panel repairs from light filler repairs through to panel replacements ensuring the repairs are finished in a way that matches the rest of the vehicle’s bodywork. You will need your own tools including dollies and hammers for this role.Prepper- Preppers will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle preparation prior to paint, preppers will be sanding down vehicles, completing all final preparation work on the vehicles. Depending on your experience you may also be required to undertake small filler repairs and prime the vehicles ready for paint.Polisher -Polishers will be responsible polishing vehicle panels that have been freshly painted and rectify any paint defects, you will be flat and polishing using a handheld polisher along with touch ins as and when required.Trimmer - Trimmers will be responsible for ordering parts, stripping parts from the vehicle and re fitting them and ensure all parts are removed and refitted in line with manufacturer’s instructions and bagged and labelled for easy identification.Drivers - Drivers are resonpsible for moving different vehicles around the compound from one location to another, must ensure this is done to a high standard and ensure you have a Full UK clean licence.Administrators -Adminstrators will beresonaible for data entry, updating inhouse computer systems, answering the phone and other general admin duties.All varied shifts and pay rates depending on experience.What kind of person are we looking for:
