Job Description

  • Internal sales - Interpreting customers requirements from direct engagement
  • Liaising with the Sales Director reference, sales / orders and customers including Invoicing
  • Entering data into specialised ordering systems
  • Liaising with Logistics companies to ensure transportation is on time
  • Chasing orders to customers on time and in full
  • Accuracy of data , attention to detail and have a can do attitude to issue that will surely arise.
  • Data entry for production and play a part in the factory planning based on demand.
  • Plus all other ad-hoc work
Essential Attributes
  • Strong Administration skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly organised is used to working to tight deadlines and able to work under own initiative.
