Yoh Solutions is currently working with a system integrator that provide IT services to blue chip companies across the UK. Their working alongside an internationally recognized Electronical Components supplier who require a 2nd/3rd Line, end user desksidesupport engineer to undertake an initial 2-3-month contract (strong possibility of extension)You will be supporting end users with deskside support with the following Dell Laptops/PCs, MS Surface Pro hardware, Windows 10, Apple MacOS, and surface Hub knowledge.As well as the above the below is also required - End user deskside support- 3rd line resolution of calls and new kit- Management of spare hardware- Management of failed hardware- Basic Mobile Device ManagementIf you would like more information or would like to apply for this position, please send an up-to-date CV for an immediate consultation.
