Position: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer Location: NorthamptonSalary: Up to £27KMy client, who are an established IT cloud services provider are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Field Support Engineer to join their busy IT team that is constantly expanding as they take on more businesses.You should have good customer service skills both in person and over the phone, have strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop operating systems as well as Office 365.My client support school sites all over the country but in this position, you will be supporting school sites in the Northampton area. You will need to be outgoing, willing to assist as much as possible, and be a team player. Previous experience workingon an IT Helpdesk is desired but not essential.Benefits:** 25 Days Holiday PLUS Bank Holidays (33 days inc.
