  • 8.30AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
  • Salary £22,000 rising to £23,000 after 6 months
  • Bonus after 3 years service
  • Dental Scheme
  • A summer and Christmas party are organised each year
  • 20 days plus bank holidays increasing 1 day per year, up to a max of 30 (3 days need to be saved for Christmas)

Key responsibilities:Your role as a Customer Service Administrator will be busy and varied and requires lots of multi-tasking, so youll never be clock watching. And if you like having autonomy to manage your own workload, youll be pleased to hear that is exactly what youcan expect in this role (once fully trained, of course).Your main responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls and emails, process orders, order goods where required, and monitor delivery and shipping schedules, to ensure orders are despatched on time.There will be lots of communication with your colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics to ensure everyone is aware of the progress of orders and any issues that might arise. Alongside contacting customers when necessary to advise about any delays withtheir orders.See what I mean about being varied!Skills/Experience required:In order to be successful in the role of Customer Service Administrator, you will need previous experience within an office-based customer service or administration role. High levels of attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple balls and prioritiseyour workload will be key.
