Job Description

3-month contractWorking between 15-20 hours per week, the HR Administrators duties will be varied and the following is a good example of everyday tasks:

  • Create and maintain physical employee files, ensuring all documentation required by UK employment law and the Civil Aviation Authority is in place, adhering to GDPR
  • Assist with archiving leavers documentation, adhering to UK employment law and GDPR
  • Assist with recruitment arranging, interview documentation and pre-employment checks (physical checking of Right to Work IDs and other docs)
  • Support the HR Manager and Hiring Managers with the pre-employment process in accordance with UK employment law and CAA regulations
  • Support our UK HR Manager and remote Payroll and HR Advisors in a range of duties with regards to holiday bookings, sickness absence, onboarding and exit processes
You will need great communications skills, very high attention to detail and a desire to provide a professional, high-quality service to our colleagues.
