Job Description

Role: Operations Support AdministratorLocation: Colnbrook, HeathrowType: Full Time PermanentPay Rate: Competitive salary dependant on experienceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pmLogic 360 Group is expanding and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator seeking a new career in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Due to our ongoing success, and desire to expand, we are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to support the daily administration tasks but also to assist with key contracts, liaising directly with our candidates and in some cases our clients.Experience in Recruitment is a bonus, but it is not essential. If you are interested in moving into a new, exciting, dynamic market sector, and you have the right level of administration experience, then this could be the role for you! What is essential,is that you have the appetite, work ethic and ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and always maintain a professional approach.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all operational and administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all administrative deliverables and customer requirements are meticulously planned, and all targets are met.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for all customers and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure that you always communicate professionally on all platforms when dealing with the customers.
  • Support the Operational Director, and Board with any Administrative tasks.
  • Support Scheduling and Bookings on key contracts.
  • Manage the timesheets/process the payroll to accounts.
  • Keep records and document significant communications between clients/candidates and internal meetings.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • Proven previous experience in an administration and customer services role.
  • Possess excellent administrative skills, organising, planning, filing etc.
  • Confident in working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent in working in a pressured environment and manage duties and responsibilities with a calm manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Systematic and process orientated.
  • Competent using Microsoft packages, notably Excel.
