Job Description

Please read the full job spec as this is an all-round roleThe role is based in Colnbrook and must be car owner-driver due to where they are basedThe Operations Assistant role is responsible for assisting the business and handling general clericaltasks that relate to our customer service operations and making sure that the day-to-day office tasksare carried out smoothly. The role will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications,greeting clients and visitors as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents andperforming other general office administration duties and errands.Key Responsibilities Responsible for inputting customer stock checks and replenishing stock orders Help with physical stock checks and site stock audits when required Take accurate detailed sales enquiry information when required Carry out price checking on goods by going to market for pricing up-to-date pricing Interact with Directors/Managers/team members providing general/admin assistance Maintain office stationery stock check and order stationery supplies as required Maintain office cleaning supplies and order cleaning materials as required Assist with Goods In and Goods Out as and when required only Responsible for customer care and customer service at all times Assist CES division with project admin, resourcing, and placements Assist Project Management division with project admin and purchasing of materials Maintain customer stock control (PPE/uniform) hygiene items, pulling garments/stock asand when required, issuing delivery paperwork maintain customers spreadsheets portal Setting up Purchase and Sales Orders Input and maintain employee and sub contractor working weekly hours Maintain and set up all new customers/suppliers on the database Prepare and manage projects works schedule weekly To assist in regular Trade Counter stock checks to ensure accuracy of stock levels is alwaysmaintained and issued the Manager weekly with list of items that are low on stock. Process the booking in and out of all Sales and Purchase Orders Source products online, raise quotations and issue to the client Supporting airside stores with transfer and printing of new labels Inputting of customer invoices onto the Sage and system Answering the phones and the front door Any other duties that the company may reasonably ask you to perform which are withinyour expertise and skillset To have a responsibility, to continually help and improve the processes relating to theOrganisations Quality Management System Fully comply with the Company Health & Safety ProceduresKey Skills/Experience Proficient IT skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Car driver, full clean UK licence required Clean criminal record check due to Airside working
